I was uploading a couple pictures I took with the digital camera. I was able to upload some but now I get this error???

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

All the pictures are the same size, 100kb roughly.... all Jpeg as well

 

I can't upload anything to mine period. Maybe I am missing something.
