i didn't know you got a new truck? any pics of it?

 

I've had it for 7 months building it and finished last week. You shoulda called me when you were back but your mom said you were only here very shortly. I will post some in a few. Also, sorry I couldn't take alisha car shopping, I got sent to PA for 3 weeks on work, worked 3 80+ hr weeks in that shithole and just completely forgot about it, if you still need to tell her to call me.

edit: You haven't seen my new superduty yet either have you? Lowered the 04 down to a 4" lift and 35s for britt to drive, and to tow the dodge, and got an 05 on a 10" lift and 38s for me to daily drive, lowering it down a little though because it is pretty big for what I need to do with it.

 

Here's some pics, I bought the dodge from my britts brother already done, but done the wrong way and beat to death, lots of stuff broken, blown motor and a tranny with 2 gears. So far me and my father in law lowered it 4" to get rid of the HUGE perches and make it less top heavy, re did the 4 link that wasn't even centered with the truck, did new 1 1/4" heims with 2" .250 wall DOM tubingto replace the busted tractor heims and sch .80 piping that was on there, got another 360 EFI in it with a little work done (small cam, equal length headers that are open) tranny still has 2 gears but thats all you need really and I'm not spending anymore money on this motor/tranny (saving to buy a new cab with a title, one that hopefully has a running 12v cummins in it).

All that's left to do is build sway bars front/rear, build a bumper with a pull point for the front, roll cage (just incase), and put some tubes in the tires but it is able to bog as is.

The 04's big twin brother - just hit 20k miles the other day.

 

the trucks look good man! i dont think the dodge is big enough but i was only home for 2 weeks and i spent 3 days or so in the hospital for my sons birth.. it just FLEW by.. i will be home in december though just have some beers ready!

 

Glad you got to come home for the birth though, your whole life has changed, for the better ofcourse. I mean before you know it you'll have to turn that mustang into a track car since you can't sell it, and buy a crewcab truck for the carseat to fit in, and its gotta be a diesel to tow the track car..
