I have been wanting to do one of these for several years. My dad used to have 3 of these old trucks wasting away in the yard, and we never did get to working on any of them.

Its obviously a rust bucket, but you can pick up new sheetmetal for it from several vendors. If we weren't having a baby in a month I'd be all over this.

i wouldnt even bother with the body work, just adds to the character. make it ultra functional and drive the fuck out of it.

 

It's already set up for a sbc, and it has blazer axles under it. and the guy said he wouldn't let it go for under a grand, which means it could be had for $1000..
