Default Fuel Leak out of the Front of the motor compartment

Came out this morning to find I had a fuel leak draining out out of the front of the motor compartment.
The puddle was about the size of a basket ball ofter 5 minutes of idling.
It appeared to be flowing at a pretty steady state, a light stream of fluid, vice drops.

Did not try to pinpoint the leak as I was dressed for work and headed out to take the kids to the 1st day of school.

I've been smelling deisel for a few days, but have not noticed a degradation in mileage or performance.

Ideas?
