Default Brake Pedal Sticking - Need Help Finding the Root Cause

Hello all.

On my 2000 TJ the brakes are sticking in a huge way.
Once you depress the pedal, it stays engaged and does NOT release.
I am using my foot to pull the pedal back just to get it to disengage.

A couple of months ago a bled the entire brake system and flushed out the old fluid.
It was working much better until a few days ago.

At present, it is not drivable.

Any suggestions on where to look will be appreciated.

My initial tough is possibly the brake booster or master cylinder is failing.

It could be a combination of the 2. More than likely its the booster.
