Default New 16" Car Hauler

Well, I wanted something capable of trailering the Jeep up to our property in Mississippi.

I really wanted something bigger and preferably enclosed, but in the short-run, this will have to tie me over.

Just picked it up today..... took it to the tax collector's office and made it all legal and official.

It's a 16' Carson, dual 3500# axles, brakes, spare and 4 vehicle straps.

Talk to me Goose.... this is a short term solution.

Cecil, Bar none, the best and cheapest place is Loudo Trailers. They have a location not far from us. Its in NPR about 1 mile from SR54.

They have car haulers and pretty much any kind of trailer.

yep... that's what I am finding out.

They have a 24' hauler for $2700.

Tandem 7,000lb axle, all wheel electric brakes, H/D 6" channel frame, 5' ramps, 16'8" lug H/D 16" radial tires on white spoke wheels, headache rack, light cages, stake pockets.

Here's a pic of the 20':

Guys, I hate to sound bad here but I'm not a huge fan of Loudo or Anderson MFG trailers, we've had a lot of customers have problems with them hauling 8 to 12K lbs on them (mostly skid steer loaders and mini hoes). Their welds break up easy and they pull rough as crap, sometimes they aren't even square. They produce quantity not quality. I've got some NICE trail King Trailers, they are THE name in HDG lowboy trailers and their smaller ones are just as nice. They ride on 7K torque flex axles, with two axle brakes (no springs), i've pull their TK12 @ 80 MPH w/ my old F-150 SCSB 5.4 and a supercharged monte carlo on them with NO sway and a smooth ride, empty or loaded. What are you hauling and what is the weight? I'll give you a deal on a used trail king if we've got some at work. they cost more then a Loudo or Anderson but if you stop by my office, you will see the difference. I can tell you they cost more but the difference is night and day. You know the saying, if it's too good to be true it probably is.

My .02 cents, I will say that I always buy the best of everything even if I don't need it, heck, i've got a 3/4 hp garge door opener on a 1 car garage. I just LIKE industrial products, spend a little now, it'll last a lot longer later, 1 time in my life is enough for me.

I have owned prolly 9 trailers in my life and a few have been loudo. Never had a problem. They warranty it pretty much forever. Anything happens, bring it back, they weld it back up or fix whatever needs to be fixed.

I have owned several brands and will continue to buy loudo.

Mine tows fine.

Of course I am used to towing my Curbing trailer that weighs close to 14,000 lbs when fully loaded with 4 yards of sand and my equipment and 22 bags of concrete. But thats another story.
