My dad has a 2000 Ranger 2wd I6 EXT Cab. He has been doing a lot of boat engine hauling. He wants to get a 2" or so lift. Only problem is... I own a car, I lower it haha, so whats the best way to get a lift on it?

Do i do a body lift or add new leaf/springs or both? lol im dumb with this topic

and whats a bumper bracket?

thanks for your help
