Well after having an integra gsr, eclipse gst, and a c-class mercedes, I just picked up a 2005 F-150 Crew Cab Lariat from Brandon Ford today with 23 miles on the clock! I love it already! What are some good basic upgrades to increase hp and tq, and most of all MPG? I'm already going to order the replacement filter by K&N...don't really want to spend $300+ on an intake right now....I may be able to do exhaust down the road when I get more $$. Oh and I will try to get pics up soon!

Matt

Get the intake and exhaust. I got the Superchips micro tuner but wouldn't suggest it. The Diablo Sport seems to be the better choice.

That hypertech shit is awesome. They make a duel fuel one now. My friend has it for his 2002 Silverado and tunes it to get performance numbers while running normal 87 gas and gets regular MPG (for a 6500lb V8, that is). If it's a deisel, don't do anything until you look into what Banks has got.

Diablosport works the best on Fords IMO. Full intake and full exhaust not just mufflers work best.
