What type of headers can i put on my 1997 GMC Jimmy, with the 4.3 motor. have any of you guys tried a throttle body spacer, do they work.

Well as far as exhaust goes try this site Sanderson Headers and you can also try www.summitracing.com or www.jegs.com As for the TBI spacer you won't notice that much of a difference. All it does is it helps the Air/Fuel mix better and some even swirl it I.E. Helix Power Tower. You might see a slight increase in MPG but its so small its not worth the parts or labor. Hope that helps.

 

those headers on that link that you gave me can go on my car. how much do they run for i can find it on the website. what tpye of performance gain can i except from these. i aready have flomaster exshuast, tb mod, and intake. what about the hypertech programer is this anygood. What else would be left for me to do if i purchased those two items, plus what i aready have. I dont what to go into the internals of the motor either.
