Default uh oh broke the 4wd

Anyone know anything about ford 4wd systems, it seems the front axle is spinning, the actuator is working (ie sliding) but still no 4wd. It worked fine all saturday, then just stoped, the transfer case goes into low and high no problem but the front axle isn't clicking in.

yeah i was afraid of that. The actuator is working, it's easy to tell. you can see it slide over without a problem.
