In Finland, the government’s General Prosecutor wants to criminalize the simple expression of questioning those in authority and sharing Biblical verses.

Of this “crime”, Päivi Räsänen is considered guilty. And that’s why Alliance Defending Freedom International is supporting her legal defense against the state’s censorship campaign.

“My seven-year-old was murdered. My mom was murdered.”

That’s what Elisa Tambunga said in a new documentary released by The Daily Signal – a project of The Heritage Foundation.

This video tells the heartbreaking story of Elisa’s mother and seven-year-old daughter, who were killed in Texas when a human smuggler smashed into their car while fleeing police.

The human smuggler had 11 illegal aliens in his vehicle, two of whom were also killed in the crash.

Unfortunately, their story is one of many that show the deadly consequences of the Biden administration’s refusal to secure the border – allowing criminals to roam free in the United States.

At least 3.4 million illegal immigrants have entered our country since President Biden took office.

And thanks to drugs pouring over our southern border, Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death for Americans aged 18-45.

This documentary is especially timely since conservatives in Congress are fighting right now to make the Secure the Border Act a requirement for any congressional spending plan before the September 30 budget deadline.

Through this powerful documentary, Heritage shows the nation the massive harm that mass illegal immigration does.

Last Saturday Israel was attacked, a day after the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur war. I’m both shocked and outraged at the horrific levels of barbarism committed by these terrorists.

The Heritage Foundation proudly stands with Israel in their time of need, as does the United States. We stand ready as a source of news, solutions, and hope for you in these tumultuous times.

We will continue to do what we always do. We will tell the truth and offer alternative policy solutions to those that sadly embolden our enemies in the Middle East.

Thanks to your support, our national security experts are hard at work offering a way forward. Victoria Coates and Robert Greenway have been out front in the media – informing the public and providing powerful insights.

Last week I had several conversations with Heritage members about the state of our nation and our government.

One member told me that he doesn’t think the elected officials in Washington truly reflect his conservative values.

Another member told me that he’s frustrated that there’s no accountability for the government’s reckless spending and disregard for our constitutional principles.

And when I asked members for messages to share with Congressional leadership two weeks ago, I received similar comments.

Our members demand more justice, virtue, and accountability in D.C. They want responsible spending, border security, and term limits.

I share these concerns. And that’s why I’m so grateful to work for an organization that fights for these outcomes.

We can serve as your voice in Washington, so you have someone fighting for your values and your principles.

Through Project 2025, we’re working to fill the U.S. government with dedicated patriots who share those same values and work to promote sound, conservative policy solutions.
