Any state getting federal grant money, is under legal contract with the federal government to obey and enforce all federal commercial statues. Those states not obeying and enforcing those federal statutes, are in breach of their contracts. It all seem very simple. California is in breach of their contracts and needs to be denied access to all federal funding until they comply with the conditions of their contracts. It doesn't get any simpler than that! Cut off all fed money to California until that state flushes the Jerry Brown Stain from public office.

The Washington Compost lady should move to LIBTARDAFORNIA where Socialism is alive and the Progressive agenda is going strong.....I heard a main stream report about how they are now dealing with the expensive housing problem in California....they are building Dormitory Apartments...where you will pay 2400.00 a month for a 220 square foot room... the rooms have NO bathrooms...you will SHARE a bathroom with your neighbors.. and a central Kitchen....and the reporter was all bubbly and happy like this was the greatest thing since peanut butter....and said there is already 8000 people on a waiting list....this is right out of the Agenda 21 play book...which is suppose to be just a conspiracy nut thing....yet it keeps happening...this sounds like a prison to me...why would any sane person pay 2400.00 a month to live in a prison.....
