Does anybody know if i could use a 3sgte head on a 5sfe block and what else i would have to do to put a ct26 turbo in that car?

 

You can use a 3S head, and just got the stock setup from a MR2 turbo. Sorry I forgot the 5Sfe was twincam. The cams from a 3S definetly wont work in a 5SFE head.

 

The 3sgte head will bolt right up to my 5s block, or do I need to modify anything, also how much boost can i run with the intercooler and the stock 5sfe pistons?

 

it will bolt up, the coolant channels are slightly smaller on the 5sfe block, so to make it a true fit, you will have to bore the coolant channels, but it is not necessary.

You can run about 10psi safely with the correct tuning devices such as BTM and boost dependent FPR. If you dont have these things I would run no more than 6psi

 

I already got a Vortech fmu and turbo supra injectors in the car but what is a btm?

 

BTM is a boost timing master, it retards timing according to boost pressure.
