2015
May:

A victory by Carl Edwards in the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway to begin a streak of seven-straight wins by Toyota drivers in NASCAR's 'Crown Jewel' events.
The streak includes: two wins in the Coca-Cola 600 (Edwards 2015, Martin Truex Jr. 2016); back-to-back Brickyard 400 wins at Indianapolis Motor Speedway (Kyle Busch 2015, Busch 2016); consecutive Southern 500 wins at South Carolina's Darlington Raceway (Edwards 2015 above), Truex 2016); and Toyota's first Daytona 500 win in 2016 (Denny Hamlin).
July: Kyle Busch captures his and Toyota's first triumph in the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in July 2015. Busch will go on to win again at Indianapolis in 2016.
September: Camry driver Carl Edwards turns South Carolina's Darlington Raceway into 'Carlington' as he records the Camrys 75th Cup Series victory in September 2015. The 'Crown Jewel' victory is perhaps the biggest win of Edwards' 13-year, 28-win NASCAR Cup career.
November: Kyle Busch wins the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway to win his and Toyota's first Cup driver's championship.
Camry drivers tie their best Cup year with 14 victories, paced by Kyle Busch with seven victories en route the Cup Series driver's championship. Matt Kenseth records five victories, while Carl Edwards and Denny Hamlin win two races each. Toyota drivers have 79 total Cup wins at the conclusion of 2015.
2016
February: Denny Hamlin wins the Daytona 500 in his Toyota Camry, marking the first victory for both Hamlin and Toyota in 'The Great American Race.'
TRD president David Wilson addresses the media after the milestone triumph and says, "This is the greatest race in America. For our company to have won it makes it that special. I think most of you have heard the reason that we came into the sport was to connect with the American fans, to talk about how we build every Camry in America, [how] Camry was named the most American made car. So I still remember what resonated my first time here in 2007 – this moniker, 'The Great American Race.' As we were looking at why we should come into NASCAR, that was a big part of it – to have a shot at winning 'The Great American Race,' [and] to be able to talk to the incredible, powerful fan base that NASCAR has. How do you quantify the value? It's truly stunning and special."
May: Camry driver Martin Truex Jr. dominated the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, one of NASCAR's four 'Crown Jewel' events, by leading the most miles in a single race in NASCAR history – 588 miles of the 600-mile event (392 laps of 400) – in the May 2016 race.
September: Martin Truex Jr. guides his Camry to victory lane at South Carolina's Darlington Raceway, marking Toyota's seventh-straight victory in NASCAR's four 'Crown Jewel' events. The win streak began with Carl Edwards's victory in the 2015 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway and continued through: Kyle Busch's and Toyota's first Brickyard 400 win at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in July 2015; Edwards' win at Darlington in September 2015; Denny Hamlin and Toyota's first Daytona 500 in February 2016; Truex's dominant Coca-Cola 600 win in May 2016; and Busch's repeat win at Indianapolis in July 2016 prior to Truex's Darlington win.
Camry drivers win 16 Cup races – a new season best for Toyota – as the manufacturer wins its first NASCAR Cup Series manufacturer's championship, as well as the manufacturer's titles in the XFINITY and Truck Series to win all three national series manufacturer titles. Kyle Busch (four wins), Martin Truex Jr. (four), Carl Edwards (three), Denny Hamlin (three), and Matt Kenseth (two) all win races for Toyota. Toyota drivers have 95 total Cup wins at the conclusion of 2016.
2017

July: Camry driver Kyle Busch wins the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at Pocono Raceway to give Toyota its milestone 100th Cup victory in July 2017. Toyota's 100th Cup victory comes in Toyota's 10th anniversary season in the Cup Series – approximately 10 and a half months after Toyota entered Cup competition with the Camry in 2007.

With five Cup wins in 2017, Toyota drivers now have 100 combined Cup victories, including wins by Martin Truex Jr., Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch this year. The 11 drivers who have combined for 100 Toyota Cup triumphs are:
  • Kyle Busch – 35 wins
  • Denny Hamlin – 27 wins
  • Matt Kenseth – 14 wins
  • Martin Truex Jr. – 8 wins
  • Carl Edwards – 5 wins
  • Clint Bowyer – 3 wins
  • Joey Logano – 2 wins
  • David Reutimann – 2 wins
  • Brian Vickers – 2 wins
  • Kasey Kane – 1 win
  • Tony Stewart – 1 win
