i have an 4door corolla n i got a 1.6 tranny form a sohc ae86 would it fit rght with my car?? or would i have to do any mods

 

You have a 1.8 3TC in yours? It wont be a direct bolt up, you will have to swap the bell housings.

Also, the driveshaft yolk is different, the input shaft is the same. However, the output shaft is different. This depends on which 1.6 tranny you have, the gts or the sr5? I believe the splines differ between the two. I don't know about the sr5 but the gts is 22 spline. Your 1.8 should be 20 spline. You will probably have to get a yolk and u-joint. Also don't forget to make a gasket for the tranny and bellhousing. Hope I helped.
