Default Couple of quesitons

So after working on it for a few days I've come to ask for help??? What is the trick to getting the top bolt tightened on the starter on the 7M-GTE? I've tried every angle I can and can't seem to get it and I'm thinking that maybe I'm missing something???

Also can anyone tell me what this module is, the one with the reflective sticker on it in the middle of the picture? While attempting to put the starter back on I've found out this isn't plugged in either.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide!

PSI is correct, that is the boost pressure module... As for the starter; the easiest way to remove it is by going underneath with a very long extension and a swivel joint socket.

So on to the next issue, I got the starter in and I haven't got the battery checked so this whole post may be moot, but it's my understanding it's a good battery. Now when I try to start the car I hear the starter click, and a click noise coming from passenger side kick panel, (probably starter relay I'm assuming) and that's all that happens, no repeated clicking, nothing. I'm getting the battery checked today, I've also done the whole lock the door unlock the door to confirm it's not the factory alarm disabling starting. Any other ideas other than the battery?

Also if anyone has a known good start relay I can try or buy I would greatly appreciate it!

Found a link on SF that has about 6 pages of the same symptoms, I may have resolved my own issue.

is it a new starter? if not that sounds like dead starter and just for the sake of it just go have battery checked......its free at advance, autozone. if both are good then id start to look into relay's, wiring, clutch pedal switch if its a manual, etc...

starter has been tested good. Battery has yet to be tested, From what I read on Supra Forums, apparently there is an issue with the wiring that feeds the 12V+ to the starter and after time with corrosion and such the resistance gets to be too much to actually turn over the starter, so I'm going to test that tonight after work and report back. I greatly appreciate everyone's help with this, I just want to hear the car run at this point lol.
