It'll be raced at as many National Tour and ProSolos as I can get to, and it will be my daily driver.

C Stock? I assume? That's cool! I was curious what you wanted the MR2 for, I guess I was just assuming you wanted an n/a for a turbo swap, didnt realize you just wanted it for autox only.

I won an MSCC miniprix last year with my 93 when it was n/a. Street prepared class. I turned faster times then 3 other turbo MR2's that were there. I havent been able to autox in a while and I miss it dearly.

Me personally, I will be looking for a hardtop in about 8 months, to swap everything from my current car into. I want to get my car down to as light as possible still with interior. The hardtop model also is a lot stiffer than my ttop model.

i already posted the one built by GRM.

anyway, the na goes to E-stock, against the 1.6 miatas. The plan after 2004, when the M1 1.8l miatas are moved to ES is to build a CSP MR2 and see how copetitive it can be nationally.

If i cant find the mr2 i want, im also looking at 94-97 miatas. A nice 94 or 95 with the R package would be sweet. Run that in CS locally and co-drive other "copetitive" cars at the national events next year. then just wait until those are bumped down to ES and have a built ES car that will be capable of the national championship if i can drive it right.

So you found 1. Now you see why my friend was asking so much for one.

Good luck to you and your love for autocross. Maybe we might run accross each other sometime! What street prepared class would a Honda Del Sol be in? and if it had a motor swap?

DSP normally ("could" be competitive, but its heavy)

SM2 with the motor swap (not a fun class for a Del Sol)

I would probably buy it, and repaint it, cause I don't like that green color anyway. But he has some pretty decent money into the car.
