Default 1982 toyota corolla

i have a 1982 corolla just wana know some few things like what can be a cheap swap how can i lower it.. and its doing high ideling ever day and waste so much gas

I'd have to say there is no such thing as a "cheap" swap for your car....as far as high idle take a gander at your carb and vacuum lines. That 3tc that's in there is a very good powerplant to begin with....but Im a bit biased. LMK I've got a turbo set up for that engine

a new problem my starter neagtive plug keeps on flying out on plung and stuff and wont start lol i have to keep on puting it back on how can i fix this lil problem

You are more than likely talking about the trigger wire since starters ground through the block. There is supposed to be a plug with a clip on it to hold it in place...there really isn't much movement in that area so I don't understand why it would continue to fall off. You might have to get a little creative though buddy....good luck
