They came on the motor and the car idles like it has some high duration cams.

they look like custom stock cam gears to me, do they even have timing marks?

alot of companies use the stock cam gears and make them adjustable. my only concern would be not have timing marks on them

100% they are jun cam gears, some of the most expencive on the market BECAUSE they start with an oem outer

OEM outer? When i got the car the seller told me the cam gears were set all the way to one side. Is that what you mean? OEM timing is as far one direction as possible?
