89 supra project
Just visited the body shop, The car is almost completely sanded down and ready for paint. The car is going to look like it came factory black and the body is in showroom condition. Just need to find a drivetrain now. Pics will be up right when the cars back
Dogg! please! this isn't anything wrong with the 7mgte motor. the money you will use to get the 2j, you can put towards building the 7m and be a very happy camper. i love my 7m and i wouldn't take it out for now 1j or 2j swap hell nah
Psi, my car is at jims body shop. Im spending almost 2k for getting the car fully restored and repainted black in showroom condition. Its very pricey but then again i want to do my car right. And yes 3tc power i think im gonna go with the 7m and do the mhg and arp studs
Am I the only one that realizes that the front bumper is an 87 style bumper "modified" to look like an 89 bumper?
For the record a 7m is only as good as it's owner/mechanic. I made over 850rwhp on mine and ran it for 4 years then sold it.

yea the i know the bumpers not an 89+, i think the owner put an aftermarket one or something. And yes your right, 7ms can be great motors if put in he right hands. When you have "wanna-be" mechanics that dont know what there doing and blow there motors thats there fault, not the motors.
