1jz Startin Trouble
I have a 92 sc300 with a 1jzgte 5-speed soarer swap. The car ran fine but the battery died. So my sister helped me jump it but her dumbass put the jumper cables on backwards on her car. I replaced and checked all the fuses and relays and the ecu is fine. I got a 1jz pinout and checked all the wires connecting to the ecu to make sure the ecu was getting power. A couple where not so the ecu wasnt gettin power. I wanna make sure theres no possible way its something else before i pull the harness. And I have no check engine light what so over.
Let me know what you guys think...Thanks

jumper cables backwards will fry the micro in the ecu. just because it doesnt look fried inside doesnt mean anything.only other thing it could be is the factory alarm. lock the car and then unlock the drivers door with the key. but i still think its a fried ecu. btw, is the engine from a soarer? mk3? aristo? what?
