They are all the same because they replicate the "SUPRA" text on the rear trim of all MkIIIs. The MkII had its own text, and so did the MkIV. If you look, you'll notice the "A" in the decal is different from the Celica one..it's more blocky (blockier?). The ones I've seen use the entire width of the hatch usually though.

Why all the hate? I dont much care for it myself; theres just not enough room on the hatch for it...but its just a sticker. Its not like he's layering a ton of stickers of stupid sayings, octane ratings, the shocker, domokun, first time driver, etc.

 

as much as he is intitled to put stickers on his car if he things there cool, we have the right to call them gay. this is life

 

So looking through my MkIII pics, I came across this one. It has the dealer installed decals I mentioned before, but apparently that included the "Supra" decal on the trunk.

There was a thread on Supra Mania a while back, which is where I got that picture from I believe. It's very rare, and I think I've only seen one car ever with them, and that was before I ever got into them. People have said it's probably impossible to find some new, so some have considered remaking them just from what few pics are online.

I really wish I could see them in person and get some high rez pics for those more serious about it than me. I too like the stupid gimmicky 80s decals...Im not personally against it and might even do it myself one day.
