EFI fuse, Relay, Engine fuse in the engine bay driver side fuse box all have 12 V

All four injectors on both sides of the injectors have 12v at on position. Hmmm

Maybe i blew up the ecu...lol

*Edit*
Check engine light does not come on when key is in the on position

I am going to ground ecu pin W to the body and see if that produces a CEL at on position

The COR is not in your fuse box or under your hood it's under your dash. Passenger side above glove box. Your CEL will not display unless you jump T1 and E1 on your diagnostics port

I mean the Check engine light won't come on solid at the on position. Usually it stayed on until i started the car. I think that is an indicator of the ecu not turning on or being bad.
please correct me if i am wrong

I only have the .pdf for what i am assuming is the Map version of the ecu. The "W" (warning light pin) was not where it should have been on the ecu. I dunno
Tomorrow is another day

and what is COR? I have known where the ecu is but i don't know what the COR is

do you have 12v at the b+ pin on the ecu? usually its a black wire with red stripe. also check all the ground pins on the ecu to see if they have continuity to ground. sounds like you forgot to hook up a ground or 2 somewhere.

then your missing a plug somewhere or have a blown fuse somewhere. b+ should always have +12v when the battery is connected.

ah shit
Well thank you, i will check that tomorrow

So if i have no power to my B+ is it possible my car is hiv+?

Oh and i had another idea...
This may be dumb buuuut
If the wipers don't work wouldn't that mean i had a bad motor harness ground. I noticed the wipers were on the same harness as the ecu. Maybe it just comes out of the same hole in the firewall and not part of the ecu harness. W/E i will try it tomorrow
Thanks everyone for helping

wipers will not be on the same harness as the engine, though might run from the same fusible link or might be grounded in the same location.
