Mr2 1991 turbo or swap?

Gauges on the other hand your right about but you can get some that are not expensive at pepboys, autozone, ebay, etc.

damn guys r beating my ass on this form =/ a break and yeah i think taking off the vavle cover to un screw the head from the block so i can swapp heads but think i would have to redo the timing ...and thank you sean other then him u guys r mean sorry i wasnt brought about around cars but i can change my own rotors do my own tune ups change my own timing belts swapp my own trannies and redo my valve cover and cable linkage of my car and most electical like my own system and harness and checking for any problems withe the starter alternator and such besides that im lost but i bet thats more then the pigs you guys sleep with can do i can cluch both sticks when they can only do one x0 F.U

Point of the thread is, the 3sgte is what you want. It's the most straight forward swap for you to get 200-300rwhp.

Anyways ya 3sgte would be the most cost effective. It just made me sad when you considered honda motors as legitimate swaps for any other car than a honda let alone an mr2. We n/a mr2's are already slow enough

btw wen ur on tr expect someone to give u a hard time lol
2nd gen 3s swap... 3rd gens are not worth the money by far.
