Thanx bro, i just wish i could get it to run... maybe somebody here with a similar motor could give me a hand! cant get it started for the life of me!

 

have you checked your timing?

 

Nope...i figured since i pulled the head off and the timing chain wasnt interfering with it i didnt have to mess with it...but i guess that would be a great start.
Other than timing, im sure i have spark, and fuel...its just cranking really slow and doesnt want to start.

 

Might be the timing I justy went through that hell I can tell how to set it once you put it back together

 

try a fully charged battery =0)

 

Nvm I got it, it was 2 of the shorter pushrods that werent on correctly... my wonderful assistant of a brother didnt put them back right

now that i've got that sorted out, the motor runs like shit..im gonna mess with the timing tommorow and hopefully it runs smoother than it is now...
