Ok so my tail lights and gauge cluster refure to turn on, I have tried pulling uses, and it just blows everyone...no matter how big I go....anyway, if anyone lives near the USF area, knows the Supra's wiring preety good, and has a meter...I reallly need some help on checking my wiring.

 

i'm in ocala, youve got a solid short somewhere, go to harbor frieght, you can get a multimeter for 4 dollar s (not kidding) youve got to find the short

 

I can get it for cheaper lol....i work there

and i think I might just go do that.

 

check that stupid box in the back by the tailights. that thing could be the prob.

 

yea its a stupid yellow box by the left tail light

 

lol no its not that....i put the one that was in my marron car....(tails work)...and still nothing, we think its a short in the wires somewhere....

 

lol... gotta love mk3's theres the stupid box in the back, the cigarrete box for the headlights under the dash. lol

 

for the gauge cluster the dimmer switch might be bad. i just bypassed the wires, same with my tails and the little box in the back.

 

good idea, but we are thinking its a short somewhere, because everything we plugged into it except, a 30amp fuse, it blew.....then it starting smoking a bit, so everything was turned off and pulled out....the cluster is coming out tomorrow, cause thats where it looked like the smoke was coming from....going in to look for burnt wires, but we will find out.
