i tryed using a flaper door afm from a mk3 none turbo on my old 4age corolla( engine and harness came from a mr2) car would idle but couldent get it to run with it. i was going to try and add an afc thinking that the fact that the 7m maf is much larger then the mr2 maf its sending the wrong signal to actual in coming air ration its kind of like haveing a hole in the hose from the maf to tb. the afc i was hoping would allow me to faze it to were it would work. but i got an offer i couldent say no to and sold the car.
