Default 99 Camry help asap

i got a check engine light not to long ago and took it to advanced and autozone to make sure they came up with the same code which happened to be something with the EGR so, so far i've replaced the valve and the vacuum solinoid but still it has a loss of power and the same code comes up (they clear it everytime) also when it cold starts the RPMS jump from 600 to 900 hun like a vacuum leak but the hoses look fine and everythings clean in the bay ANY IDEAS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lmk asap thanks for your help..

Your EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve could either be stuck, have carbon built up,or the solenoid on top could have a internal short. You didn't give much info of what EGR part is wrong ,but that is what typically goes wrong. What was the code that will help out a lot. BTW clearing the code won't make it go away.

I wouldn't at all be the throttle body. If it still has the EGR code there is something wrong with the EGR plain and simple. Get it scanned again and see if that is the case. If it is something else ask about that ,but your getting nowhere with next to no info and your not sure the info you have is correct.

trouble with blockage in the EGR supply pipe?

or..

The most common failure is the vacuum modulator, remove the plastic top and look for a burned spot on the filter inside, if there is replace it, the problem with the vsv is that they tend to have intermittent problems so we always replace them when the modulator leaks. When checking the modulator make sure no air passes through from the bottom port with the valve removed blow at the bottom port, if air goes through replace it.

Google!!! Woot!!
