celica help
im getting a pos celica as my first fixer-upper car, for practice because i wanna be good at this stuff. the turbos dead as a doornail (as is the rest of the car) and the guy im getting it from says i need to replace the turbo or change the timing back to normal to make it run again. where can i get a fairly cheap turbo for an 88 celica gt engine?

hmmm...i don't think a 88 gt came with a turbo but if you find you need a ct26 pm me...i have one...little shaft play

yeah, this was aftermarket. my cousin built this car then parked it and let it go to hell. ive always wanted it and now hes getting the title back (he lost it) and giving it to me. ill have to replace all the rubber as its dry rotted, but i want to be a mechanic so thisll at least be good practice
