3sgte cam specs
can somebody tell me all gen 3sgte cam specs including caldina? and what can a stock 3sgte valve train handle??

Gen2 cams ~235* Duration ~8.5mm max lift on both sides.
Gen3 cams. Intake cam has slightly longer duration, ~4-5*. Has slightly higher lift, ~.5mm. Also ~1.5-2* advanced. Exhaust cam is identical to gen2, except is 4.5* retarded (in relation to gen2 exh. cam position).
I don't know the specs on the gen4, but it doesn't matter since they aren't interchangeable. The caldina uses COP ignition, lacking a distributor (ergo, no notch on the cam) and uses an internal cam sensor.
