i did the speed speed conversion on my car. i did it with the r154 instead of the w58. off the top of my head...
manual brake/clutch pedal assembly
pilot bearing
clutch release bearing
clutch release hub assembly
hard/soft clutch lines
flywheel
clutch
pressure plate
slave cylinder
clutch master cylinder
driveshaft
tranny mount
support (wing)brackets
75W90 gear oil

i got my tranny for free and my clutch and whatnot was expensive. i spent about $400 or so on the parts. they were stock then. look for good deals and people possibly selling the 5speed swap parts in a bundle. it'll save you money and time.

i do have a w58 for sale =0)

the r154 is the manual transmission for the 7mgte(turbo)
the w58 is for the 7mge(non-turbo)

the 1J i'm not completely familiar with, but i do know that they use the r154 as well but with a different bellhousing. other than that, i don't know. i'm not really a 1J guy

i hated the auto, so i did the swap. i got some money and hated the busted NA, so i completely rebuilt a 7mgte and my r154. i just installed both, no i have some little shit to do, but for some reason, i just fell for the 7M rather than the 1J. but that's just me
