why dont i see any scion tc lovers on here

i have an 09 tc and i dont have much cash(no job) i want to upgrade my tc but dont know what to do first. i cant afford a super or turbo ar anything like that but springs, c a intake, exhaust, stuff like that i can do. im not really into looks right now. just performance. thanks.
also does anyone know somewhere to go fast without getting tickets around the brandon area. i have to prove my cars faster than a 96 turcel.
