Default ct26 help

i read online that the ct26 turbo from a celica is different than the supra ct26.will it make a difference if i put a celica ct26 on my supra?

the celica/mr2 ct26 is twin entry

the supra ct26 is single entry

yea i read that but does it make i difference?what would happen if i put a twin entry on?

ok i looked at pics, is it the single entry is one big hole that bolts to the manifold and the twin entry has two holes that bolt up to the manifold

Yes, that is the idea behind a twin scroll turbine housing.

And it will bolt up to the 7M manifold. It will not bolt up to your downpipe.

but is that the easiest way to tell the difference cuz im supposed to go look at a ct26 tomorrow or the next day an i need to know the difference so i dont waste money on it
