just curious if anybody has completed one here in the bay area and, what were your conflicts, routes that you used, ecu, or just basic set up....

i have been working on one and have noticed quiet a few people around working on this same swap. so i figured i might try to start up a local thread about it. so maybe everyone can help each other with there swaps seeing as how, it seems allmost none of them are running.


i am running a stock silvertop on (st) electronics w/an afm
chassy is an 87 corolla sr5
i used an msd external fuel pump
stock gts header
cut the firewall to fit dizzy & water necks

wired all the guages in the sr5 cluster to work with swap

swap is about 90% done at the moment

i am currently working out a few bugs
but will post some pics up tomorrow when it warms up

try ectoyotas.com/forum a lot of different swaps into AEs including 4agze, KAe24, 20v ST & BT. A couple of the people on the forum are from different areas in FL but everyone is located on the east of the US unlike club4ag where everyone is mostly from the West.
