how hard would a swap on a 1991 cressida auto be to convert it to manual?

7M-GTE with an R-154 tranny will make a killer Cressida. Others like using the 1J or 2JZ but you're looking at some real custom work and $$$

r154 wont fit in the cress with out tunnel modification. its best to just use a w58. the only thing hard about coverting a cress to manual is the pedals/master cylinder. i think supra stuff might work. or very few mx73's came stick, so you can find stuff there as well. as far as underneith all you need is the tranny/mount/mount bracket/clutch/flywheel/front part of the drive shaft/shifter asssemnbly from a non-turbo mk3 supra. it all bolts in.
