hey i just recently got a burned out toyota corolla and i was wondering if i couldn't put a different motor in it besides the 1.8 it come with and if i can make it into a 5 speed while i'm at it like i said the motor is blown and it's a brand new 07 with 23xxx miles on it i know corollas are not very tunable so y not put a different engine in it? ideas are greatly appriciated

 

to be honest im not fond of the newer corollas. i would just buy a used factory motor, swap motors and sell it for profit.
