2004 highlander

i got a 2004 highlander with fuel problems and the pump is not running so i put a new one in there and is still not working i wondered if someone has got some ideas?

does the pump itself not turn on? maybe a shortage in the wiring if its not turning on at all. check all your wires, make sure the connected.

yea they are connected i figured maybe some relay but i cant find a fuse for it where is it located...

im not getting amps going to the pump it self what is it ?
