i plan on building a 4a block with a twin cam head .....whats the best and biggest bore/ turbo setup that it will hold?

i plan on machining the block and head so if u guys did or know of anything of port sizes,the blocks bore, best compression ratio, best piston size, cams ect that would be sooo verry verry nice
