Default hella luck

i just finished putting "The 4a-g" in my coupe and turned it on but while i was tuning the carbs the flywheel sliced though its bolts sending sparks everywhere, i know I was at around 13,000 RPM's but i still don't think they should severe like that. every one asks me if they where tight but i tightened them down with a impact. any ideas why the severed?

well i am going down to Tyson bolts in the morning to get stronger grade bolts
