Instead of recapping the whole thing, here is a link to the story I already posted in case you did not see it.

Bottom line I got screwed after waiting almost three moths for a special order car. They would not honor the signed agreement with deposit once the car arrived. They wanted $2,600 more and got down to $1,600 more by doing me a favor. This was after I got the Toyota Corp. office involved.

Wonder if you could possibly sue them if there was a written agreement before the price changed?
