7m Peeps

Hey guys the only thing keeping me from takin out the crank on my 7m is the middle main cap with the thrust bearigns,that thing wont come out for nothin.Any help would be appreciated,tips,tricks,anything.

knock it around with a rubber mallet back and forth...and then use a small flathead to remove it....
