i have a problem my 89 camry broke the cv joint and i replaced it but now i try to start the car and it doesn't wanna start i changed the fuel filter and i tested the pump the pump has power and is workin but no fuel is comin from the tank when everything is together .could there be a killlswitch

usually when you change the filter the car wont start becasue the fuel has to cycle into the filter and flow through. you tried cranking for awhile right?
