I NEED MY WHEELS REFINISHED. repainted? powder coated?
Ok.. I have a 1993 Mr2 turbo.
it has the 15'' turbo wheels. I personally like the way they look and don't really care to get bigger wheels.
only problem is that they're starting to show their age (13 years) they're just dull, sun oxidized a little.
no curb rash, they're perfect in eveyr other way.
I'm thinking of getting them repainted a gunmetal gray, or powder coated. anyone know anyone that does that type of work? I'll probabaly get new tires to go along with it too..
?!!!!?!?1?!?!

I have a guy that refinishes factory wheels. I've seen him take out some serious rash, and make them look new. Since you don't have any rash, it should be even easier. I would guess he could paint them any color you want, and he can even do it mobile! I've never had him do just a paint job, but he just did a set of AMG mercedes wheels for me, that had some serious rash, for $75 a wheel, and they look brand new.
PM me or give me a call, and we can set something up to at least get you a quote.

We can paint the rims for you and clear them.
But honestly, your best bet, and the most durable way to coat your rims will be powder coating. Paint the rims will be the cheapest route, but it's not as durable as powder coating. If you decide to powder coat, try calling ProCoat, let them know that Driven Concpets sent you. If you are close by our shop, I have a valve cover that's covered in a gunmetal color and other products that has been coated by them, you can see the quality in their work.
