Hey. Got it tuned. I pulled 155hp @ wheels @ 8psi on the auto tranny. I think thats pretty good on a ct26... Only a few problems. Stock exhaust limits the boost to 4psi, so boost controller allowed me to run higher. Turbo seals are bad so its blowing smoke . back to searching for a new turbo.

Heres a few pictures.

This is awhile ago, i dont have any recent pics with the turbo.

Well if it ever goes bad you could have a 3s head put on that 5s block and install the 3s oil squirters for just a few hundred more at the machine shop. I used to know what it cost to make that work but its so long ago I dont remember and its prolly outdated.
Looks like fun , nice job man . I personally like those body style camrys alot.

Thanks!
Car runs great, making 155whp @ 8psi which was a little over 55% increase on a stock ct26 and a economical engine! I backed it down to 4psi (my stock exhause is limiting... with the wasgte running normal it only makes 4psi. Im waiting for my boost controller. My next step is to buy another ct26, its burning oil like a pos. I want to do water injection and run to 10psi, should be decent.

I want to do the 5sgte a lot. Its more work than just a head swap, im not so sure about the ECU, do I use the 3sgte one? headgasket and coolant holes on it, oil squirters would be great. also the custom pistons and rods too... will be about the same a 3sgte swap in the end and the 3sgte would probably be a little safer, no?

Open up the exhaust, 10psi and water injection id's guess ~200whp, but you'll start to strain the auto then.

Get your tranny flushed and get a nice tranny cooler, that will probably go a long way in keping your auto happy.
