Idle problem

I have a 92 sc400 with the 1uz engine. the idle surges from 1k to 2500 rpms, but its only when it's in park. It drives fine and idles fine in neutral and in drive. I already changed the t.p.s. and cleaned the t.b. could it be a vaccum problem? any help is appricated.

im having the same problem with my mr2, it could be a vacumn leak, but on mine i have changeed everything but the maf which im going to try next if i can find one
