haha hell yeah. Turbo "a" series can be great. I agree wit bill. 4agze bottom end will take 18psi for years on end.
Most 4agze turbo make around 200-220 at the wheels on standalone. This is a proven setup and I have personal knowledge of it.
What car is this in? celica I presume? Maybe a corolla?

ok now these guys giving this info dont do there homework go to a celica forum and read yes you can put the 4agze pistons on ure 7a block however you cannot use 4a rods you will have to use your 7a rods but i would recomend getting some forged rods especially when your going to do high boost apps PAUTER makes them also may want to look into getting a thicker head gasket .... as far as a manifold goes if your not doing the turbo set up you will have to get a special exhaust mani cause the ge manifold doesnt clear the oil pan or do the flange on your 7a manifold yes this is all possiable gze pistons do work in ure block the rods dont they are too short look up 6gc.net all the info is there dont trust tampa racing
im in the process of building my 7AGTE its best of both worlds plus it is a 1.8 and no longer the 1.6 also forgot to add in the porsche 924/944 timing belt is the one you need the 4a doesnt fit and the 7a is for 1 cam gear..... my progress is 7a block stock crank (works just fine even under lots of boost) Pauter rods cause the weak point of the 7a is the rods and berings thicker headgasket 4age 16valve head with hks exaust and intake cams 5 angle valve job ported and polished intake and exhaust ports stock intake manifold with 560cc injectors 255 walbaro fuel pump all ready to go NEED: 4age buterfly turbo manifold 38mm wastegate.... have not installed a nissan t3/t/4 brand new turbo .63 greddy type RS BOV and descent sized FMIC all i need is piping and tune and im done
