Arrow Blue Smoke after boostin! H.E.L.P.?!?!?!?!?!?

The MR2 T puffs out a cloud of blue smoke (Out of the Exhaust) only after boostin over 12lbs, then its gone. What does this mean?!

1) Does not smoke at cold start up.
2) Does not smoke at idle.
3) Does not smoke while drivin.
4) Does not smoke at low boost 8lbs.
5) Does not smoke if you rev it up.
5) Coolant level always full.

NOTES:

1991 3SGTE USDM motor
New Turbo
New 1.5mm metal head gasket
New Engine rebuild

I can't figure out what the hell is the fuckin problem here?

maybe your valve seals are going bad, or your turbo is letting some oil through the seals at a high boost.

Default Valve seals

Well if the valve seals were going bad, it would puff a cloud of blue smoke at 1st start up, which is not the case.

Besides the motor is new.

UPDATE:

I replaced the spark plugs and removed this check valve from the inside of the rubber tube that connects the crank case vent to the intake (right before the Turbo cold air entry. No smoke at 8lbs or 15lbs now. Will check tomorrow to see if I get the same result.

This is typical for USDM 3SGTE engines. They tend to do that when you run higher boost pressure. You need a catch can to eliminate this problem. You also need to keep it connected to the turbo intake tube, because if you don't, all that oil sludge is going to build up on the top of the head. The turbo intake tube sort of acts as a vacuum to aid in sucking that shit out. There are many theories as to why this happens, but no one knows the actual reason. I beleive it is poor oil circulation in the valve cover.

Default Blue smoke gone

Blue smoke gone. Going to get a crank case breather and plug the intake tube.
