I recently did a 1UZ-FE swap into a Nissan 240SX and it turned out very easy. I make adapter plates for just about any transmission you want to run. In this photo I have an SR20DET transmission bolted up to it. I've successfully mated together the 350Z 6-speed and the R154 5-speed all to the 1UZ-FE. I am currently working on mating together a 4-speed Dog-box for clutch-less shifting and high rev applications. the cheapiest 6-speed on the market today is the 350Z 6-speed, you can find them on Ebay for 300$ and the adapter plate that I make, makes this combo a direct bolt application.

if you guys have any questions don't hesitate to ask

here is a video of the car at a local drift event about a month ago.

how much are your adapters for the 6 -speed? im about to put a clutch in my 1uz supra but if i could go with the 350z tranny and get a cheaper clutch then it may be worth it to send the extra cash. because it going to cost me 570 to replace the clutch in my w58 and it has a custom mr2 set up. so i got to get a purty stout clutch set up to handle the power.

Sweet to see another 1uz in another application instead of the 5000 threads for a jz setup. What engine management are you running? Stock ecu? I have the w58 manual trans adapted to my UZ. Do you have that odd miss when idling? I still haven't figured out that issue with mine.

OK email me if you're serious about the 350Z trans adapter plate, I'm getting ready to throw a kit on ebay, because I need extra money so let me know.

350Z tranny adapter is really easy, I have the throwout bearing adapter and pilot bearing adapters already made.

or if you wanna come to the house and see the swap in person, and go for a ride email me as well.
