Realistically, there is no possible way of achieving those power goals without changing to a t3/t4 turbocharger. You could with a ct20b, but it will require significant headwork and a stand alone EMS.

This is the best turbo kit for the money to consider when trying to reach your power goals. With this kit, you will need to upgrade your fuel system, larger injectors, rail, fpr, and you will also need some sort of fuel management such as an stand alone or s-afc.
