Default sequential turbo to true twin

hey, i was wondering if anyone knows how to switch a tt supra to parrallel turbo operation(where both turbos are acting as one) from sequential (where both operate independantly. my uncle had this on his 94 tt before he got in an accident but his friend did it for him, he doesnt know how to do it. i know its possible and ive read about it on the internet, but i dont know how to set it up like that. if anyone could help it would be most appreciated.

im not familiar with supras, so just wondering what kind of gains would you see from, switching how the turbos function.

by switching the turbos like stated above, you actually loose horsepower at low rpms because it takes longer for the turbo to spool up but its produces more power at higher rpms. like in my uncles supra, the cars would always take him of the get go but once the turbo caught up he would just walk by them. well more like a run than a walk.
